The hotel day starts from hour 12:30 and ends at 10:00.
Please note that the property is accessible only by a funicular and the last one goes at 14.30 from Chopok sever and at 15.00 from Chopok juh. Please be at the funicular at least 30 minutes before the last one leaves.
In case of technical difficulties and the funicular not working due to bad weather, the hotel will provide you with an alternative accommodation or will refund you the price of the reservation.
Please note that discounted cable car tickets can be collected at Biela Púť Info Centre or at Krupová info centre.
